To back up extensions to a secondary drive, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- E-File
- Automatic Extension Application (Form 4868)
- Backup Extensions – Select the drive letter assigned to your secondary drive
- All of the extensions will appear in a pick list. You can select certain extensions to back up or you can back up all extensions by selecting Check All
- Select OK
To recall extensions that have been backed up to a secondary drive, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- E-File
- Automatic Extension Application (Form 4868)
- Recall Extensions – Select the drive letter from which to recall the extension(s)
- All of the extensions will appear in a pick list. You can select certain clients to recall or you can recall all clients by selecting Check All
- Select OK
