Backup / Restore Electronic Receipt Files 2013 and Prior

If Keystone Tax Solutions software is used on more than one computer in your office, and the computers are NOT connected by a network, you will need to designate one computer as your transmitting computer.This machine will be used to transmit tax returns to Keystone Tax Solutions and to the IRS. Your other computers will become workstations.  In order to transfer electronic transmission data from your workstations to your transmitting computer so that you can electronically transmit the returns, you will need to back up your Electronic / Receipt Data from your workstations.
NOTE: This process does not back up and recall your tax returns.  This process backs up and restores electronic/receipt files only so that tax returns located on separate stand alone computers can be electronically filed from one transmitting computer.
