Keystone Tax Solutions gives you the option to collate pages when printing. When printing returns using the collated print option, all forms in the return will print in sequence. If more than one copy of the return is selected to print, the first return will print in its entirety before the second copy prints.
Individual Tax Returns – To configure print settings to collate pages for individual tax returns, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
Configuration > Printer/Copies Setup > Edit Individual Print Options
Choose the Print Option Title that you want collated from the drop down box at the top of the menu. Place a check in box next to Collated Print Option – If you want all of the Print Option Titles to be collated you must select each option individually and check the Collated Print Option box for each one. Select Done.
