To make a complete backup of the Keystone Tax Solutions Pro program, the entire Keystone Tax Solutions Pro folder should be copied to a secondary storage device such as a flash drive or external hard drive. Everything in the Keystone Tax Solutions Pro folder is backed up, including all program years along with their associated returns and attached images and PDFs. Thus, this backup could take some time to complete and it’s not typically run during the middle of the workday.
If you are using Keystone Tax Solutions Pro in a networked environment, this backup must be run on the computer designated as the File Server. Running it on a Workstation computer will save program files but not return data since the returns are stored on the File Server.
From the Main Menu, Click on #8. Utilities
From the #8. Utilities Menu > Program Backup Utility
Select Target Drive > Click Start
