To remove or delete a business return, from the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- Business
- Business Utilities
- Remove Business Return
Enter the EIN of the business return to be removed or select the return from the pick list. Select OK. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the return(s). Select Yes. If you select ‘YES’ the tax return for this client will be completely removed from the Keystone Tax Solutions Pro data folder
NOTE: If you are using a Network you will be asked if you want to remove the return(s) from the Network Backup. Select YES.
