In the event you have forgotten your username and/or password for your Keystone Tax Solutions Pro My Account/Account Hub, you can retrieve your username or create a new password following the steps below.
To retrieve your My Account/Account Hub username:
- Visit https://www.taxslayerpro.com
- Click the Login button at the top right hand side of the screen.
- Click Forgot Username and enter the email address that you used when you created your My Account/Account Hub.
- Check your email for an email from TaxStatusNow.com. The email will contain the username that you created for your My Account/Account Hub.
To create a new password for your My Account/Account Hub:
NOTE: You cannot retrieve a forgotten password for your Keystone Tax Solutions Pro My Account/Account Hub. You will need to create a new password.
- From the Login Page of your Keystone Tax Solutions Pro My Account/Account Hub, click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your Username and click Submit.
- You will then be prompted to Verify your account. Select to receive the verification code via Email or Text Message
- Click Send Code. Your verification code will be sent via text or email.
- Enter the Verification Code and click the Verify button
- Create a New Password by following the password guidelines provided and click Submit
- After successfully changing your password, you will see be automatically redirected to the My Account/Account Hub login page. Login to your My Account/Account Hub with the new password.
