Keystone Tax Solutions will always generate both Form 1040, as well as Form 1040-A or Form 1040-EZ (if the taxpayer qualifies to file on either of these two forms). If you prefer to have all tax returns print on Form 1040, even when Form 1040A or Form 1040EZ would be acceptable, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
- Configuration
- Printer/Copies Setup
- Edit Individual Print Options
- Select any print option from the drop down box at the top of the table. Locate the line items for Form 1040A and Form 1040EZ
- Change the number of copies to – 0 – (A box will appear asking ‘Would You Like to Clear the Number of Copies for All Print Options?’)
- Select ‘YES’
- Select ‘Done’
