Rehanging your acknowledgements is easier than ever. You can now do this inside of your program so that you do not need to wait in line and tie up your phones and time. In order to rehang your acknowledgements follow these simple steps.
From the main menu of the program:
Use Option#2 (E-file)
Use Option#5 (E-file Utilities)
Use Option#2 (Request Acknowledgments Rehang)
Now you will be at the Ack Rehang Request menu.
When filling in dates you should begin on the date efiled.
Acknowledgement can take up to 90 minutes to process regardless of calling in or submitting through the program. If you need further assistance please call our customer support line.
