Printing returns from the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions:
To print a tax return, from the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
- Print Individual Returns
- Place a check mark in the box next to the return that you would like to print
- Select a Print Option from the list displayed on the screen, select Ok
- Select the Print Selected button at the bottom of the screen
If you would like to view the return or specific forms contained in the return before printing it, from the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
- View Returns
- Double-click on the return you would like to view/print
- A list of forms contained in the return will display. Double-click on any form to view/print it. If you would like to print selected forms only, select Print Selected Forms/States from the list. Place a check mark next to each form you would like to print. Select Ok. If you would like to print the entire return, select Print Return and select a print option from the list displayed on the screen.
Printing from inside a tax return:
To print from within a specific tax return, from the main menu of the return (Form 1040) select View Results. A list of forms contained in the return will display. Double-click on any form to view/print it. If you would like to print selected forms only, select Print Selected Forms/Statesfrom the list. Place a check mark next to each form you would like to print. Select Ok. If you would like to print the entire return, select Print Return and select a print option from the list displayed on the screen.
