In Keystone Tax Solutions Pro, there is no way to delete a return from an office. The Tax Return will need to be deactivated instead.
To deactivate a tax return:
- Select Client Search from the Welcome Menu of your office
- Select Deactivate from the drop-down box Tools to the right of the desired return
Returns can only be deactivated if they are in the status In Progress. Any return deactivated will remain in the client list with a deleted status.
NOTE: For Pay-per return users, each deactivated return still counts toward your initially purchased 15 returns. Please ensure you are required to delete prior to deactivating.
