Printing A State Tax Return

State tax returns can be printed from the main menu of the program or from within the tax return itself.

Printing state returns from the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions:

To print a state tax return, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:

Print
Print Individual Returns
Enter the Taxpayer’s SSN or select the client from the list
Select One Copy State Only
Select ‘OK’
Select the Print Selected button at the bottom of the window

Printing a state return from within a tax return:

From the Main Menu of the Tax Return (Form 1040) select:

View Results
Print Return
Select ‘OK’
Select One Copy State Only
Select ‘OK’

Printing specific forms from state returns:
From the Main Menu of the Tax Return (Form 1040) select:

View Results
State Forms – Select the State to View/Print
Select the form that you wish to print
Select ‘OK’
Select File
Select Print

OR

From the Main Menu of the Tax Return (Form 1040) select:

State Return – Select a state return
Select the Icon from the Tool Bar at the top of the screen
Select the form that you wish to print
Select ‘OK’
Select File
Select Print
