If your printer is printing returns in landscape versus portrait mode, you will need to change your printer preferences. The steps listed below will explain how to change this setting for most printers. You may need to refer to your printer’s instruction manual to determine how to make these changes to your printer.
- Access the Control Panel
- Select Devices and Printers or Printers and Faxes (depending on your computer’s operating system)
- Right Click on the Default Printer
- Select Printing Preferences – Locate the orientation option. You may have to look through the different tabs to find the landscape / portrait orientation settings or refer to your printer’s instruction manual to help you locate this setting.
- Select Portrait
- Select Apply and then OK
