Keystone Tax Solutions Pro provides the option to print a four part receipt for each client entered into the program (File Copy, Client Copy, Money Copy and Daily Report Copy) These options can be enabled or disabled depending on whether you would like this type of receipt generated. When this option is enabled, the four part receipt will print automatically when the return is marked complete. To disable automatically printing the four-part receipt, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- Configuration
- Fees / Billing Setup
- Do You Want to Generate a Printed Receipt? – Change the answer from YES to NO
NOTE: In an office preparing returns on more than one computer, this option can only be changed on the computer designated as the file server.
