For security purposes, your Keystone Tax Solutions Pro password expires every six months, requiring you to reset it. Beginning 14 days prior to expiration, upon logging in to the program you will be notified of the impending expiration date:
Select YES to change the password. Select NO to log in as usual. If you don’t change your password each time you are prompted, it will eventually expire:
Create a new password, following the on-screen prompts.
