In the Additional Utilities menu in Keystone Tax Solutions Pro are several utility programs that will normally only be used by Keystone Tax Solutions Pro Technical Support in the course of diagnosing and repairing a problem with the software.
There are two that the knowledgeable preparer may run if necessary:
Download E-Filed Individual Returns or Download E-Filed Business Returns
