Most of the reporting is done in the software via the Reports Menu. To access the Reports Menu, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:

From this menu you can access the following reports:
Master Report – The Master Report is a collection of reports that provide different ways of viewing the data about the returns your office has prepared.
Client Reports – This menu allows you to filter the Client List by dozens of return characteristics, then output the resulting list of clients to PDF, mailing labels, or a CSV file suitable for importing into Excel.
Client Retention – This report lists the clients from last year who have or have not returned this year.
Referrals – This report lists all of the referrals that have been indicated in the tax returns.
Returns/States/Extensions Not Accepted – This report lists returns and extension requests that have not been accepted by the IRS or by the states, and can include both returns that have been transmitted as well as those not transmitted.
Print Form 9325 – IRS Form 9325 provides information about the acknowledgement status of e-filed returns, as well as the status of the electronic funds payment request, the return’s submission ID, and the status of the extension request, if one was made.
Preparer Commission Report – Offices that pay preparers a commission can run this report to display commission totals by preparer according to the commission rates specified in Preparer Configuration.
Receipts – In this menu you can post payments made on the invoices for completed returns without having to open and exit the return. You can also create an ad-hoc miscellaneous invoice if needed.
Tax Return Payments Report – This report lists the payments posted against invoices for completed returns, and can be filtered by preparer, payment method, and payment date range.
Custom Fees and Discounts Report – This report displays the amount of Custom Fees you charged and Custom Discounts you gave. Custom Fees and Custom Discounts are configured in the Fees Setup Menu.
Custom Question Reports – This report lists your custom questions and responses.
Print List of Deleted Clients – This report lists clients whose returns have been deleted on this computer.
Check for Missing Returns on the Network – This report lists returns that were created on workstations that have not been saved to the File Server. It is intended to be run on the File Server. A report is only produced if any such returns are found.
Additional Reports Menu – This section of reports lists the various states of acknowledgement statuses.
ITINs Report – This report lists all of the ITINs in the Client List for the primary taxpayer, spouse, and dependents.
Amount Due Report – This report lists returns that show a balance due on the federal return as well as any state returns.
