Audit Maintenance Pro is a low-cost audit protection solution integrated in your Keystone Tax Solutions software that will protect your clients in the event of an IRS audit. For detailed information on Audit Maintenance Pro, click here.
To enroll with Audit Maintenance Pro, log in to your Account. Click on Bank Product Info on the left side of the screen. Click on the Ancillary Products Icon.
Check the box to indicate that you want to offer Audit Maintenance Pro. If you would like to receive advertising materials for AMP, check the second box:

Turning Audit Maintenance Pro On or Off in Configuration
To activate/deactivate Audit Maintenance Pro in Keystone Tax Solutions, from the Main Menu of the program, select Configuration > Fees / Billing Setup > Advanced Fee Setup > Additional Fees. Change Offer Audit Maintenance Pro to Yes or No. If you would like to charge an additional fee for your clients who enroll in AMP, you will be prompted to select the add on amount.
Audit Maintenance Pro Default Selection – If you are enrolled in AMP, the program will automatically add the feature and charge the default fee (plus any additional fee you have added in the configuration menu) to every return. The default selection can be changed to No or Always Prompt. If you change the default selection to No, you can manually change the option to Yes inside a tax return. If you change the default selection to Always Prompt, you will be asked if your client would like to enroll in Audit Maintenance Pro when you exit the tax return.
To change the default selection, from the Main Menu of the program, select Configuration > Fees / Billing Setup > Advanced Fee Setup > Additional Fees > Audit Maintenance Pro Default Selection. Select Default to Yes, Default to No or Always Prompt.
Turning Audit Maintenance Pro On or Off in a Tax Return
The default Audit Maintenance Pro indicator from configuration will display on the main 1040 screen in each tax return. To toggle the default selection from inside a tax return, select Audit Maintenance Pro from the numbered list on the left side of the 1040 screen. Keystone Tax Solutions will ask if you would like to enroll your client in Audit Maintenance Pro. Select Yes or No.
