Electronic Filing – Transmitting From Multiple Computers

Keystone Tax Solutions HIGHLY recommends the use of only ONE transmitting computer per EFIN. The Keystone Tax Solutions software is set up to look at a central focal point when processing transmissions and acknowledgements through our secure servers.  The information is located on the transmitting computer.  Altering or changing the way the program is designed can make backing up returns, transmitting returns and receiving acknowledgements very difficult.  Transmitting from more than one computer often causes error messages such as ‘Client Found with no Data’.  Client Status on one computer may show the current status of a client’s return that another machine may not show.
