Depending on the size of your computer monitor, you may need to adjust your screen resolution to properly use Keystone Tax Solutions Pro. If the resolution is too low, you may be unable to view entire windows in the program.
To change your screen’s resolution, follow the steps below based on your operating system:
Windows 10
- Right click on an open area of the desktop
- Select Display Settings
- Select Advanced Display Settings
- Adjust the Resolution setting to at least 1024 x 768
Windows 8.1
- Right click on an open area of the desktop
- Select Personalize
- Select Display
- Select Change display settings
- Adjust the Resolution setting to at least 1024 x 768
NOTE: These are minimum settings on a standard monitor. HD or Widescreen monitor settings may vary.
