Editing / Customizing Individual Print Options

Customizing or adding to the default Individual Print Options allows you to specify the number of forms that will print out with your tax returns.

To edit the default Print Options, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:

-Configuration

-Printer/Copies Setup

-Edit Individual Print Options

-Select the Print Option that you would like to edit from the drop down box at the top of the window

PrintSet

-Select the page or form that you would like to edit

-Enter the number of copies that you would like to have print for this print option

PrintSetNumbers

NOTE: If you are changing the number of copies to zero, you will be asked ‘Would you like to clear the number of copies for all print options?’ – Answer ‘YES’.  When you are finished editing all of the print options that you wish to change, select the Done button at the bottom of the window.


Creating New Individual Print Options

New Individual Print Options can also be added allowing you to customize print options to suit your needs.  To add a new, customized print option, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
  • Configuration
  • Printer/Copies Setup
  • Edit Individual Print Options/Edit Business Print Options
  • Select the drop down arrow on the Print Title box at the top of the screen
  • Select an option that does not yet have a title (Option L for example)
  • Enter a title for this option
  • Individually assign the number of copies of each form for this print option, or select the Set Range button at the bottom of the screen to set the same number of copies for a range of forms in the list
  • Select Done to exit this menu
