Keystone Tax Solutions Pro is designed to give the taxpayer the greatest tax advantage of either the standard deduction or itemized deductions. There are situations where you may want or need to have the taxpayer use itemized deductions, even though it may not give them the greatest tax benefit.
In order to have the program choose itemized deductions over standard deductions, from the Main Menu of the Tax Return (Form 1040) select:
