Forms – Waiting On Final Approval

When the Keystone Tax Solutions state programs are released, some forms may still be pending a state update or final form approval from the state taxing authority.  A watermark down the center of a form stating Waiting On Final Approval, Do Not Mail, indicates that we are waiting on an update and/or final form approval from the state to release the final form.  Tax returns containing a form with this watermark cannot be mailed until a Keystone Tax Solutions state update has been put out to remove the watermark. Tax returns containing forms with this watermark can be filed electronically.
