Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Vista will not allow Keystone Tax Solutions to install its updates unless it is run with administrative privileges. This means that when Keystone Tax Solutions is started, Windows 7, 8 or Windows Vista basically logs out the current account and logs in with an Administrator Account. Any drive mappings created using the original account will no longer be available under the Administrator Account, which is now running Keystone Tax Solutions. The simplest solution is to adjust User Account Control in Windows 7, 8 or Windows Vista. (You may be required to Log out of the existing account and Log in using an account that has administrative privileges.)
NOTE: You must restart your computer for this to take effect. After your computer has restarted, verify that any drive mappings are still present. If not, remap the drive and then verify that the Keystone Tax Solutions Network Settings are correct.
