The Message Center allows Keystone Tax Solutions Pro to communicate important updates and information through the program. When you connect to our secure servers, either by transmitting returns, receiving acknowledgements, or receiving updates, the program will automatically check for new messages. There are several categories of messages:
- Bank
- Conversion
- IRS
- Personal
- State
- Support
If a new message arrives in the Message Center, the Message Center Icon in the Toolbar will change from 
Once you open the Message Center, the left frame will indicate unread messages with a red exclamation mark. Select the message title to read it. While selected, it can be printed by selecting Print in the top menu. To mark all messages as read, select Mark All as Read in the top menu.
