Every 6 months you will be required to reset your password for security purposes. When this happens, you will get a message when logging in stating that your password will expire in XX number of days. This will start happening 14 days prior to your password expiration.
There is no cause for alarm as this is supposed to happen. Continue logging in as normal. When you reach the expiration, you will login as usual. Then the program will have you create a new password using the same criteria as before. Remember, you cannot use the same password.
You will then be asked to confirm your new password.
Once it has been confirmed, you will then be redirected to the User Login screen. Enter your user name and the new password you just created and you will then be taken to the main screen of the Keystone Tax Solutions program.
Your password has now been reset and you will now use your new password to login to the program until it is time to reset it again in another 6 months.
