The Keystone Tax Solutions print options module includes an option that will print a watermark across each page of a printed return stating ‘File Copy Only. Do Not Mail’. A copy containing this watermark will help avoid confusion with your clients and/or office staff on whether a certain return or form is to be mailed or kept on file.
To display instructions for changing the print settings for an individual tax return in the tax program please see the information listed below:
From the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
- Configuration
- Printer/Copies Setup
- Edit Individual Print Options
- Select each print option you would like to default and place a check in the box next to ‘File Copy Print Option’ (located at the top-right corner of the menu). One File Copy Only return will print with each print option selected.
