Business Return Labels
To print Business Mailing Labels, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- Business
- Business Utilities
- Print Mailing Labels – Select the option for the labels you wish to print.
- Select the label you wish to begin printing on and select Print. (If you have a partially used sheet of labels, you can begin printing from the last label you printed.)
- The label sheet will appear on the screen, select File and then Print.
Printing K-1 Labels
There are two ways to print Schedule K-1 labels for a return,
1. Within the 1065 or 1120S return, to print Sch K-1 labels select select:
- View Results
- Print K-1 Labels
2. From the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro select:
- Business
- View Business Return
- Double-click the return
- Print K-1 Labels
NOTE: The program is configured to print on Avery 5160 labels. You may also use an equivalent label that is three across and ten down on a sheet of paper.
