In the event you have forgotten your Keystone Tax Solutions ProWeb password, you can create a new password with the following steps:
NOTE: You cannot retrieve a forgotten password for your Keystone Tax Solutions ProWeb account. You will need to create a new password.
- From the Login Page of Keystone Tax Solutions ProWeb, click on Forgot Password
- Enter your Username and click Submit
- You will then be prompted to complete Account Verification. Select to receive the validation code via Email or Text Message
- Click Send Code
- Enter the Verification Code and click Verify
- Create a New Password by following the password guidelines provided and click Submit
- After successfully changing your password, you will see a Notification that your password has been updated. Click Back and login to your Keystone Tax Solutions ProWeb account with your newly updated password.
