Remote Desktop Support

If you have been directed by a Keystone Tax Solutions Pro Support team member to connect for remote support, click BeyondTrust:

A remote support connection is available three different ways within Keystone Tax Solutions Pro:

  • In any menu within Keystone Tax Solutions Pro, press the F11 key on your keyboard. This will open your web browser to the support website. (If you are using a laptop and the web browser does not open, press and hold the Function or Fn key on the bottom row of the keyboard, then press F11.)
  • From the main menu of Keystone Tax Solutions Pro, select
    • Utilities
    • Log in to ScreenConnect
  • In any menu within Keystone Tax Solutions Pro, select Help from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then Help Center. Under “Keystone Tax Solutions Pro Support” select Remote Desktop Support.
