To remove or delete a state return, from the Main Menu of the Tax Return (Form 1040) select:
- State Return
- 1. Delete State(s) Return or 47. Delete State(s) Return
- Select the State(s) to delete, or you can delete all states by selecting Check All
- Select ‘OK’
