Keystone Tax Solutions Pro now has the capability to use Scriptel Signature Pads in addition to Topaz Signature Pads in our programs. Scriptel Model Number ST1476 will work in both our Desktop and ProWeb programs.
For ProWeb users, the Scriptel Signature pad will allow you to use the mouse and the signature pad in your office at the same time. You will not have to go back into configuration and check the “Use Topaz Signature Pad” box. This means you can now flawlessly switch between the mouse and the signature pad without any added steps.
For Desktop users, this process will remain the same for you as it was with the Topaz Signature Pad. Simply plug in and sign away.
To set up your Scriptel Signature Pad, you will want to download the Scriptel Sign and Save. This will be needed to sign. You can find this download here.
Inside the Sign and Save you will be able to test out your signature pad:
For ProWeb users, you will also want to download the Toolbox which is available here. The Scriptel Toolbox allows you to switch the signature pad to work between the programs.
Inside the Toolbox, you will want to click on the Output tab. This will allow you to choose your Output Mode. For ProWeb, select EasyScript Mode. For Desktop, select ProScript Mode.
After setting up the Sign and Save and selecting your Output Mode, you’re ready to go with your new signature pad.
