Keystone Tax Solutions can be configured to allow you to select which printer you would like to print a particular tax return or form from. To select a printer to use when printing a tax return or other document in the program, from the Main Menu of Keystone Tax Solutions select:
Configuration > Printer/Copies Setup > Select Printer When Printing – Change this option to ‘YES’
After changing this option to ‘YES’, any time a form or return is selected to print, you will be prompted to select which printer you wish to print from.
